Nik Hardiman founded The Technical and Engineering Network – and with 20 years of recruitment experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and know-how to the business.
Having worked as Director at Hays Specialist Recruitment, NES Global Talent and Fircroft, Nik has a vast understanding of global businesses, processes, safety and compliance. He also has experience managing large multi-location, multi-disciplined recruitment businesses, some with over 2000 contractors. Nik also grew a perm business from zero to $3 million GP in 3 years.
During his time at Hays, Nik won many awards – including his greatest achievement, winning APAC’s highest billing consultant across all sectors.
Lee Plant joined the TEN Recruitment team as Director. With over 15 years of white-collar technical recruitment experience across Australia and the UK, Lee brings a tried-and-tested method of knowledge to the TEN team.
Having worked for NES Global Talent for almost 5 years building up the Construction and Infrastructure division from scratch, Lee’s reputation and experience are second to none. Lee has fostered an excellent network across the civil, building, residential and renewables sectors.
During Lee’s time at Hays, Lee finished in first place on the Hays consultant league tables for four years running across Australia and New Zealand. In four of his five years with NES GT, Lee finished in the top 5 consultants globally for permanent placement revenue.

Saskia has over 9 years recruitment industry experience and a BSc First Class Honours degree in Psychology. Having worked for large organisations such as Fircroft Australia and Rubicor she is able to provide key support in end to end recruitment processes across both temporary and permanent placements as well as providing a high level of administrative support across our business. Her strengths include recruitment administration, on–boarding, payroll administration, project support, candidate care, maintaining relationships, preparing company literature and reporting.
